Humalfa Standard is fully cured and highly stable making it an advanced organic fertilizer that can be used for soil amendment in pre-plant scenarios such as sodding, general planting and garden soil building and for overall fertilizing applications.

HUMALFA PREMIUM
Humalfa Premium™ is a nutrient rich and highly stable product that has all of the product quality built into Humalfa Standard plus it is screened to create a finely textured and consistent organic fertilizer. Common uses include soil amending in pre-plant scenarios such as sodding, general planting and garden soil building.

HUMALFA TURF BUILDER
Humalfa Turf Builder™ is an excellent product for strengthening and feeding turf in the spring and fall seasons. When applied to turf after aeration in the spring, this organic rich product will rapidly increase green up and is a complete fertilizer providing equal parts of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Fall applications will assist in root health and development prior to the winter season and enhance the absorption of natural precipitation.

Applications
Established Lawns: (spring and fall applications)
Aerate turf, and then evenly spread 200 pounds of Nature’s Prescription per 1000 square feet of area. Water thoroughly after application and maintain an adequate watering schedule based on need.
New Lawns: Spread 1” of Nature’s Prescription over 1000 square feet of native soil and incorporate at least 4 inches into soil before seeding or sodding.
Damaged Turf and Problem Soils: For best results, aerate area and apply 400 lbs. of Nature’s Prescription per 1000
square feet of damaged or stressed turf. Water thoroughly and maintain an adequate watering schedule per the
season.
Fall Over-seeding: After seed application, evenly apply 200 pounds of Nature’s Prescription per 1000 square feet over seeded area. Water thoroughly and maintain an adequate watering schedule conducive to new seed.
Potting Soil Mix: Mix 1 part Nature’s Prescription with 3 parts potting soil or native soil.
Flower Beds or Vegetable Gardens: (For construction of beds or gardens, soil revitalizing or fertilization) Evenly spread 1 inch of Nature’s Prescription over the desired area and blend or till to a depth of 4 inches. Water thoroughly but not to the point of runoff.
Existing Tree and Shrubs: (Revitalize and Fertilize) Spread 1/2” of Nature’s Prescription to a radius of 4-5 feet past the tree’s drip line to reach feeder roots. Water thoroughly but not to the point of runoff.
New Trees and Shrubs: Combine 1 part Nature’s Prescription and 3 parts soil and add to backfill around root ball while creating a water retention bowl around tree base. Add another 1/2” of Nature’s Prescription at a radius of 4-5 feet past the tree’s drip line to reach feeder roots. Water thoroughly but not to the point of runoff.
1/2” of Nature’s Prescription = 40 pounds per 25 square feet
1” of Nature’s Prescription = 80 pounds per 25 square feet
NOTE: Do not use Nature’s Prescription straight except as a mulch
